Private yoga sessions are an opportunity for you to explore your interests and enhance your practice with the intimacy of one on one attention.
Privates are great for the beginner who wants to be introduced to yoga without the intimidation of a group setting or for the individual who wants a deeper understanding and enhancement of his/her personal practice. These sessions are designed for the student’s specific needs and requests so be prepared to explore and ask questions.
We also offer semi private sessions for couples or groups. A semi private is a unique opportunity to spend time with friends, family or coworkers while engaging in an activity that is great for mind, body and spirit. The group privates also great for yoga parties!
