This workshop is designed to help us understand our moods and how we can use them to inform us on becoming more joyous and at peace.

Lane will be offering her many years of experience to discuss the purpose and manifestations of moods while also providing exercises to help us understand our individual needs.

Cindy will be teaching yoga as well as breathing exercises to help bring awareness to our mental, physical and emotional bodies; discuss how they are all connected and begin the process of acceptance and letting go.
