Today the sunrise is a famous natural phenomenon.
After this, we start the tour from the Guardian House, which is the best lookout point of Machu Picchu. The tour involves walking and visiting each sector, section by section. The tour provides a personal meeting with the Inca legacy and its energy is connected step by step with each enclosure, temple, altar and nature. The city is incredible in any season.

Puno, Uros and Amantani

Our tour starts by collecting you from your hotel. We then take a motor-boat to visit the famous Uros Floating Islands, northwest of Puno on Lake Titicaca. The Uros Islands are a group of 40 floating islands which provide a glimpse of one of the regions oldest cultures. The islands are man-made, woven from Totora reeds and the dense roots that these plants develop support the island. The islanders live in huts made from the same materials and travel from island to island in boats also made from the reeds. The local inhabitants make their living by fishing and trapping birds. They also make weavings, collages and musical instruments to sell to the visiting tourists. We have lunch on one of the floating islands.
Afterwards, we continue to Amantani which is at an altitude of 3950 meters (13050 ft). We will reach the island after a 3 and a half hour boat ride. Its major attraction is the Pachatata and Pachamama temples; they were built to honor the earth. Moreover, there are amazing views of the sacred lake; on the east, the eastern range and the royal range were and still are superior Quechua and Aymara spiritual gods. When the sun is coming down, the colorful views are incredible. It makes you feel alive to be part of a grand natural phenomenon on the highest navigable lake. Early in the afternoon we have a spiritual ceremony with an andean priest it will be a deep integration with the mother earth in the middle of the sacred universe (Lake Titicaca)
We will have lunch, dinner and spent a night at the house of a local family.

Amantani, Taquile and Puno

There is a very strong sense of community on the island after lunch we return to Puno hotel. Today’s lunch and dinner are not included.
