Do holiday activities have you multi-tasking and feeling a little stressed out? Then please come and join us in a 2 and ½ hour restorative yoga workshop. We will be sharing relaxing yoga poses, using props to support the body and calm the nervous system. Each resting pose will be experienced between 5 and 10 minutes; so be prepared to come out refreshed!
- Help to relieve the effects of chronic stress.
- Proper sequencing allows the spine to be gently moved in all directions.
- Alternately stimulates and soothes the internal organs.
- Assists in creating balance in the nervous system, thereby promoting a calming effect.
Your instructor is Diane Gottlich, MS, CNMT, LMT, E-RYT500, CR. She is a regular teacher at Sacred Garden and part of the yoga teacher training faculty.
