Mindful Movement classes comprise of gentle qi gong movements and meditations that bring the body, mind and spirit to the present moment. All movements are guided by the breath and work in harmony with the body’s energetic centers and meridians to restore inner balance. By bringing our focus to the present moment, we are better able to allow the body to begin the process of self-healing.

Jonathan Adams (a.k.a. Sonic Yogi) sound therapist, and touring musician
Jonathan found Sound Therapy and meditation after his own experiences with extreme anxiety. Since then, Jonathan has put his focus into the exploration of the healing potential of music and has given talks and workshops on sound therapy at TedX, national spiritual living conference and more. His sound therapy tracks, can be streamed on YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud and the Inside Timer App.
