Yoga Anatomy Workshops
From Our Yoga Teacher Training

These workshops are for teachers, students and anyone else who is interested in learning more about themselves, through understanding their bodies. Each weekend we will focus on a different area of the musculoskeletal system. See how each part of our body is unique and still part of a bigger structure! All workshops will cover names, description and function of bones, joints, muscles, and fascia tissue.

 The basin of our body,understand pelvic tilt, the pelvic floor, sacrum and tail bone.1st and 2nd chakra.
March 4th- 10:00-11:45 AM

Torso– including our spine, ribs, and diaphragm. Covering curves of our spine, each vertebral section, and why the functions of our diaphragm are so important. 3rd and 4th chakra.
March 19th- 1:30-3:15 AM

Shoulders- Including arms and shoulder joint ; 5th Chakra.
April 1st- 10:00-11:45 AM

Neck & Head- How do we hold our head high? See what muscle cause stiffness and which need to be strengthened. Our foundation can affect the structure and alignment of the neck and head. 5th,6th, and 7th chakra.
April 8th- 10:00-11:45 AM
