Come and explore how to use props such as blocks, straps and blankets to enhance your yoga practice.
We will be focusing on the use of props for the most common poses, based on the therapeutic mastery of Yogacharya, B.K.S Iyengar, who originated the use of props. Props allow every person to safely access all postures, regardless of their physical challenges.
It is not required that you buy any props but if you have the following items, please bring them:
- Wide yoga belt with a metal ring
- Firm or medium firm bolster (any size)
- Hand towel
